The 2024 LEAD Conference and Council is quickly approaching. We value our exhibitors who help the North Texas District provide an excellent District Council for our more than 600 churches and over 1,700 credentialed ministers. We thank you for your partnership and investment and believe the exposure for your business or ministry is valuable.

The event will be held Sunday thru Tuesday, June 2nd-4th at Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Tx. This location provides a great opportunity for exhibitors to display their company or ministry booth and interact with attendees throughout both days.

We have two booth levels and several sponsorship opportunities available.

We will be offering again this year an incentive to all our registered attendees to hopefully ensure they visit each and every booth. In the past, we have had trouble with the number of attendees who engaged with the passport. In hopes of increasing the engagement, we have made a few changes. At each booth there will a brochure stand holding the passports that you will distribute to attendees. When you give them their passport, a few things will happen. First, you will sign the passport in the “This passport started:” field. This allows us to see which booth promoted the passport the best and will then be added into exhibitor giveaways.

After marking your logo on the passport and signing your name, you will explain the idea of the passport to attendee and promote the value in it for them. The attendees must complete the passport and turn it in at the NTD Church Loan Fund Booth in order to be entered to the giveaways totaling over $3,000.

The winners will be announced on social media and mass texting during the event which will include your company or ministry name. We believe this incentive will boost traffic to your area and increase interaction with all attendees.

  • Please note that not all booth locations have electricity available. There will be an additional charge of $50 for booths that need electricity. On the registration form, please note what you will powering so we can make proper plans.
  • All booth levels are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • All booths include a 6ft table and 2 chairs if needed. Please request on the registration form.
  • Please email your logo to exhibits@northtexas.ag. Logos need to be in one of the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF.

If you are interested in reserving a booth space and sponsorship, you may visit northtexas.ag/exhibits to complete the online Exhibitor Application. Payment must be made online when submitting your application.

Please note that a reservation is not secured until booth fees have been received. Once your application has been approved and payment has been received you will receive an Approval Letter via email.

Online application and payment must be received by Monday, May 10, 2024. Should there be any booth spaces still available after the deadline, a late fee will be applied.

Terms of Exhibitor Participation

Agreement to these terms is required in order to submit your online application:

  • Exhibitor Application deadline is May 10, 2024
  • Cancellations up to May 10, 2024, will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee
  • After May 10, 2024, no booth fees will be refunded - even if cancelled
  • Exhibitors are responsible for set up and break down of their displays
  • Vendor set up is only permitted on Sunday, June 2nd at designated time
  • All Exhibitor applications are subject to NTDC approval
  • Reservations are not considered secure until the cost of the booth fees are received
  • All exhibitors are required to have an attendant at the booth during exhibit area hours
  • Vendors and booth attendants must be appropriate to a family-friendly, Christian environment and for Assemblies of God Ministries.
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny exhibitor booth rental.
